my PE4 missing parts

I have been following 4 classes.....they are great! but I have two problems.

First, a lot of the features that are shown in Layers and Creative classes are not on my version of photoshop,,,it is new..... PE 4 for MAC OSX Is there a big difference between the windows and MAC versions? Is there a way to get these features...most esp. the artwork and efffects pallette.

Secondly, I took the "organizing and sharing your photos" class but I don't have organizer in my PE4 version. I sent a note to customer service but haven't heard back. Is the entire class on using organizer? Or are there parats I can still use without organizer.

Firstly the Mac version does not have the Organiser component....I think it says in the course details that it isn't for Mac users.....just checked - HERE (http://www.photoshopelementsuser.com/training_courses/organizing.html) is the page where it clearly states in bold that it's only for Windows....

Secondly, the artwork & effects pallette is only in version 5 but most of the things in it are available in PSE4 and below (I'm using 3) just under a different name. I have taken both the Layers & Creative techniques courses & there were very few things I couldn't do using PSE3...certainly everything on the Layers course & maybe only two lessons on Creative Techniques were specifically for PSE5. Once again, PSE5 hasn't been brought out for Mac .....yet:)

I would try telephoninh the Customer Service team and explain the situation to them ... I am sure that they will help you :)
