Executing an Action with a SubAction.
PSE version below 5 would execute the first action.
PSE5 would execute the second Action.
The solution is shown below.
Removed the old Attachment JPG (had 22 views).
Substituted with the following picture instead.
Tested in PSE version 2, 3, 4 and 5
