Where can I find...

I am trying to find some swirls and curly cues. I have seen many put these around a picture like a frame. Are these brushes? If so, where do I find them?

Another suggestion....go to www.google.com (http://www.google.com) ant type in free photoshop brush swirls or other keywords and you should find lots of brushes.
