Montage w/ Calendar

Well our weather here has been pretty rough since Saturday. And I really get nerved up over these severe thunderstorms and tornado watches and warnings. Yesterday evening we had rain for 20 minutes that reduced visibility to about 3 feet. Nasty!

So to keep my mind off the weather I played with Photoshop Elements 5. I created a dozen or so montages-templates for my daughter to use. I added a calendar to one and popped in a photo of one of the grandsons.

I think the B&W photo sets this off nicely - better than colour would have.

No rough weather here in Houston, or in Austin, where I've been visiting my daughter, son-in-law, and my wondrous granddaughter. But the humidity has been a killer, and not a sign of the slightest breeze. Gee, I can't wait for summer. ;)

I love the photo of your Grandson. It's wonderful! And I love that it is black and white. And, what a cutie...but don't tell him I said that!

It's lovely & the B&W is perfect. Has he got blue eyes? If so I wondered about doing a selective colour of the eyes to tie in with the blue dots in the background.

Yes, he has bright blue eyes. If I can get the original from my daughter I'll try the selective color. I normally don't care for selective color but I agree with you that color on the eyes might look good.
