Are all the brushes for Photoshop useable in Elements 5? What about the actions?

There have been a few sites that I have seen links to Elements brushes, but when I get redirected the requirements state Photoshop CS.

I think most Actions will work.

If you need an Action, specify here how it should work, then I could construct and upload a ZIP. If your recipe is a secret, just use PM instead...

Brushes will work. Actions will only work if it says they'll work in PSE.
