Bin Disappeared!

I have PSE 4 and have been working with it for several months.

Today, for the first time, in "Edit", my tool bin just disappeared! I can't figure out how to bring it back. Now there's just a line on the left side of the
image I am trying to edit.

Help!

Click on 'Windows' in top bar
make sure there is a tick mark is against tools

THANK YOU for that info. I had posted a question about this issue a couple of weeks ago and was just checking to see if anyone had replied. I found THIS question/answer and FIXED IT! I had already reinstalled the program and was resorting to using it on another computer. Thanks again!!!
