Hi all,
Ward might remember I had severe problems on my last computer and PSE4 organizer.
Well, I have a shiny new computer with Windows Vista and My Dear Hubby has loaded my PSE4 and my catalog. He also downloaded pictures from my Canon digital DIRECTLY to Adobe PSE4, by passing Zoom Browser X.....
1. I am in the organizer and see those pictures he loaded straight into the organizer and it of course is a broken file. Well, when I go to reconnect it just isn't anywhere to be found in My Pictures...I even went into My Documents>My Pictures and they aren't there either.
So, what is the CORRECT way to download pics from my camera?? Do I have to use Zoom Browser X then go into Adobe and hit File>Get Pictures?
2. When I open Adobe from my start menu....I am getting a warning that Windows detects that PSE4 has some compatibilty issues. But, it doesn't tell me what it is and I am terrified to do anything in PSE4....
****What is your advice as far as using my PSE4 with my new Vista??
Thanks to all who respond to help!! I sure do appreciate your input and am quite relieved to have found ya'll
Sincerely, Marilyn
