Hi again, everyone, and welcome to the April Photos. We only had seven this month, but they're good ones.
Unfortunately, one of them is not posted, since the photographer was not able to get a signed slip from her subjects saying it's OK to post on the web. This is doubly unfortunate since it's (a) a great photo, and (b) one of the winners.
This month, we had a tie. Britney (the one not posted) took a photo of two sisters, with one giving the the other a kiss on the cheek, was one winner, and Josh's Happy Face was the other.
I particularly liked Audrey's effort. She took a picture of her sister (former student of mine, now in high school), and using Photoshop, manipulated it to give it that old Film noir look. Very nice, I thought. Perhaps could have been cropped a bit closer, but a very nice effort.
One more month to go, and then the montly winners will be entered for the grand prize.
