I sometimes just go to Hue/saturation
Check the colorize box
and then set
Hue to 20
saturation to 11
lightness to -9
I seem to like that setting pretty well.
If you wanna experiment with that.
GOOD LUCK!

Hi and welcome. In the Artworks pallette. Click the Effects, filters and Layer styles, in the left side drop menu choose Photo effect, in the right menu choose image effects. You will find the sepia tint there.

There is also a free down load "Virtual Photographer". It's been a while since I downloaded it but the easiest way, if I remember correctly, is to save the download to your destop. Then follow their instructions.
Free, good and works with Elements and PhotoShop.

Welcome.....
I agree with Tina... I usually use a Hue/Saturation Adjustment Layer and check the Colorize box. However I set the Hue slider around 37 or 38, Saturation - 25, and then adjust the Lightness based on the photo.
This is a non-destructive way to add sepia tones to the photo that you can always go back and remove if you change your mind.;)
