I did this layout in CS2, however, EVERYTHING in it is doable by PSE which is why I think it applies here. (But I felt too guilty to put it in my PSE gallery since it was not created in there. ;) ) Besides, like the title says, I think I first saw this type of idea in the gallery here about a year ago. We've got a picture that was split into 3 parts using a rectangular selection, strokes and shadows were applied, and the top piece was curved a bit using the Shear filter.
Anyways, I was reading through my copy of Photoshop Photo Effects Cookbook again today and came up with the idea of applying this technique to a layout. So this is the result. The journaling font is Angelina, the date is Amaze, and the title is Misproject. The majority of "stuff" here is from my Girly Girl kit at Digitals, but I've retinted the papers blue. The bluebonnet stamp/brush is from my personal collection. And I think that's it! Hope you enjoy my baldy girl. LOL! :)
