New pup pictures

Beautiful sunny day here and first day home with new pup so it was ideal to take a couple of shots (or 50) of her - I have posted 2. Haven't done much work on them but a proper montage beckons:)

Too tired to do much today though as I slept downstairs with her - or rather she slept and I was kept awake with her fidgeting. One more night and then she is in with the rest of the pack;)

Thanks Janis, she is certainly making us laugh already. Noticed the Bassett in your Gallery, is she yours? I used to have one years ago. Fabulous dog, so stubborn but such character.

It's my daughter's Bassett. I own the Weimaraner and French bulldogs. Yes, Simon (Bassett) is special and stubborn, but very much loved. He's huge and his appetite goes along w/his body :) I love taking his picture because he's so beautiful, :) By the way, my Weim was named Ruby (recently passed over) pictured in the frame, and Jesse is her son.

Yes, Simon (Bassett) is special and stubborn, but very much loved. He's huge and his appetite goes along w/his body :) I love taking his picture because he's so beautiful, :)

Whoops, sorry, I read Simone, rather than Simon. He is lovely. A friend of mine, coincidentally also with a Ridgeback, has a Weimaraner - beautiful dog, always looks as if he is wearing silk pyjamas:D
