Glad you are back posting Bill, those are some amazing shots. Care to explain where the climb was?

Hi Ellen:
The shots were taken at "The Town Wall" near Index on the Stevens Pass Highway. For those not familiar with Washington it is in Western Washington about 60 miles from Seattle on the western edge of the Cascade Mountains. There are literally dozens of routes on this wall. This one is known as "Slow Children" and I think it is rated 5.10d for those who know about rock climbing. The fellow on top is my son David. He just "led" that crack and is belaying his friend Blake.

Wow, great shots. glad you are safe.
I would be intrigued by climbing, but I like things flat.

Bill,
good shots. We spent two summers at camp hosting at Devil's tower Nat Monument in Wyoming and enjoyed watching the climbers. Gutsy stuff. They seemed tomake it seem so easy.
