artwork and effects palette (Hidden Tools)

I have forgotten how I got to the Hidden Tools in the Artwork and Effects palette. I know there is probably some really simple way to open it, but I can't seem to remember how I did it.

Some of the Hidden Tools that are shown there are :
Add Mask, Disable Mask, Selection, Transformation, Soft Proof, etc.

Haven't tried them so can't comment on how well they work or if they all will work in PSE5.

Yes, that is exactly what I cannot find. When I click on the drop-down lists, there is no Hidden Tools' listed. I have opened to it before, but can't seem to find it again. I have tried every which-way, but I guess I am leaving out some step.
