how do you use cookie cutters!?

how do you use cookie cutters?

there are a few cutters i want to use but when i do it it doesnt show up!? i dont think im doing it right...

once i click 'cut' i cant view it anywhere

anyone point me in the right direction!

It looks like the Cookie Cutter tool isn't available in PSE3. Is that right?

The cookie cutter is in pse 3 , it's beneath the text tool and next to the red eye brush. The short cut is q.
