When I save a picture for the web, I do not see a feature to attach it with the others in the version set.

OR.... am I missing something??

Well SPAM again!

I don't think you can save as for web and keep it in the version set -- mainly because it is the same picture but it has been reduced in size. If you want to save the picture - do a save first and then save for web.

Jill: I agree with you - I do a lot of posting to the web of images for another activity I'm involved with and when you save for the web you should get the same save options as when you save as - so you should be able to choose whether to include it in Organizer and whether to save it in a version set. Right now if I'm working on a psd file and save for the web it won't finish up in organizer unless I save it to a watched folder as there's no option to choose whether to put it in organizer or not.

I guess what Will suggests would work - save the psd as a jpg (with the boxes checked), then open the jpg and save for web and overwrite the original jpg but that's a very convoluted way to do it when all they need to have are a couple of check boxes on the save for web dialogue - there's lots of blank space on that page so you'd think it would be simple to do but then I'm not a programmer  .

Is this a new feature in 4.0?? Just curious...

I'm always saving for the web to create smaller images, and thumbnails for my photoblog. I don't want them to go into the version set but I would like to automatically create a stack with the fullsize version (or version stack) the top most image, and the web ready images included in the stack. At the moment, this is what I do manually but it is long winded.
