border printing help needed

when i start with an image i resize to the print size that i want.

i ctrl click on the background thumbnail--i stroke outline selection--width is 10-20px--i use inside location.

now i have a border showing on my screen, but when i print the border gets cut off.

what am i doing wrong.

using pse 4 and trial 5

Robin when you click on File+Print on the top right hand of screen if you hit the down arrow you will have an option to "Fit to Page", that might work for you.

If you are printing borderless, you may have to make your frame wider. Some part of the image gets cut off when printing borderless.
