Is there a way that I can zoom in on an obect in a picture and then save it as larger in the picture? I was at an airshow and have great pics that are faraway, wanted to know if I can enlarge the plane and save it as larger somehow.

Thanks:)

Welcome the forum. You can select the plane you want to enlarge by using one of the selction tools and copy and paste it to a new blank image and then select the move tool and click on one of the corners and hold down the shift key and drag to make the plane larger. On the pictures below I took a picture of planes and copied one of the planes on a separate layer and then enlarged over the other planes.

Enlarged one plane with others in the background:

The following was posted on another thread regarding resizing an image.

Go to image, resize, resize image. Then unclick resample image and change the resolution to 300. Then reclick resample image and set to bicubic smoother and change the width or height to the size you want.
Hint (resize): If you want an exact size you should NOT have relative checked.

Good luck w/your photos.
