subscription problem

hi, I ordered the Newsletter and my credit card was billed $49.00 from a company called Apex. I asked for the on-line version but never received it. When I called the phone number 866-808-2793 they answered as Apex co. but said they don't have anything to do with Photoshop. Anyone have this problem? Rick

When I've used the 866-808-2793 number I've always gotten good service. Never dealt with Apex, that I can remember.

The online version is a download available from the home page near the bottom.

Your first newsletter may be the current or next issue depending on the order date.

Do try the number again and see what gives.

Do take Will's advice and telephone again and please let us know what happens ... I haven't heard of anyone ele having this problem.

I just verified the number and it is our phone number and is answered Elements News Letter.

If you could try the number again and let me know if you get your problem solved :)

As for receiving your newsletter it will take a couple of weeks, so get the online issue to keep you busy till then :)

If you are still having issues, PM your name and information and I will personally check with customer service in the morning for you.
