Anita - I got the "words" brush (main background) and the "lace" brush (torn strip) from that website. They go right in the brush file in elements. And then you just brush them on a plain colored canvas.

I am still learning "ripping" the edge and I'm not totally satisifed with the way it looks - but it's getting better. I have a layer of gray under the edge - which helps with making the edge look less hard, but I think it takes a "fine hand" to get it perfect. I don't really like the edge with a shadow, but I don't like it without the shadow either.
