How big are the tutorials that you download. I am thinking sbout signing up but only have the slow dial up at home.

They run between 4 and 7 MB each -- probably want to start the download and then eat a meal, or some other activity.
The important thing is to let them download completely so you can save them to disk -- which gives you quicker access to review them.
It is well worthwhile to sign up -- you get a lot for your money!!! And of course, there are a lot of good folks to help when you have questions.

If you don't want to download the Videos then all the lessons are in PDF format as well ... so that may be a better option for you :)

Wendy,
Where are these pdf files you are referring too. The only tutorials that I know of that had a pdf file associated with it was the Scott Kelby Online 21 day class. Am I missing something on this web site.

Hi Dorrie,
I thought that the original question was about about the online classes?

Sorry, I didn't understand it to be just the online classes. I thought she was referring to all or any video tutorial. I guess I didn't realize that by her saying she was thinking of signing up, then she was referring only to the online tutorials.
Just another one of my screw ups, again sorry.

Hi Wendy,
Not working on anything right now, but I did do an image of a Red Catcus while you were gone and it is in my Gallery. Pauline helped be a lot with it.
I did do an image of my Great Great neices, but it wasn't the best job. I'm sure you would find much to critique, which I wouldn't mind so I'll post it here.

Dorrie,
That is lovely ... such cute photos, great colours, good use of text, nice fade in of the images and I love the embellishments you added. Only thing I would suggest is that you maybe paint in just a biut more of Macie's hair and try to make the fade in a little less regular on her.
Thats about all I can suggest ... you have done a really good job on it :) Well done !!

Just an FYI...
If you're looking to take the online class and are worried about file size because you're on dial up then that is a very valid concern. There are PDF files that you can download with each day but they're not meant to be a replacement. They only contain a very brief overview of what was covered as well as screen captures so you can follow along in case you missed anything while watching the video. I saw the earlier posts and I didn't want anyone to be mislead thinking they can just use the PDFs.
