Need Help again

maybe someone can help me in this forum
I downloaded a few items and noticed that a few of them dont work

I may have done something wrong in the download?

Could someone direct me to the right forum or help?

Deborah -- tell us what you downloaded, there are some things -- like actions thay may not work in PSE-3, but if it should work someone will be able to help you get it to work. Please let us know specifics and then we can assist you better. Thanks!

my problem is I tried to download some special effects
PET Productivity & PET Special Effects
I'm not able to use all of them...there are a few that are blocked
should I just delete them and start over?

You've got some F A N T A S T I C pictures you've posted. Have you followed the video on installation of the PET EXTRAS? Deleting the Cache is necessary to get all of them to show.

I've gone back to delete the old cache
only one still doesnt work..35mm frame

It does sound like it is the cache ... Try deleting the cache again ... wait quite a while before doing anything as it does take some time to rebuild and lets keep our fingers crossed that it works this time :)

Well I guess I didnt cross enough fingers, cos I'm still having problems
I've even noticed I have a few more currupt files..
I'll have to start from scratch.

Oh Deborah ... what a shame.

It probably is best to unistall the whole thing, download it again and then start from scratch. Maybe if we ALL keep our fingers crossed it will work OK this time :)

Well..........I've done everything I can think of. :x :x :x :x :x

I reinstalled ADOBE again. Still not able to get the 35mm frame to work.
seems tho I've solved my other issues. I really needed to clean the old computer.
Now everyone can uncross fingers, bet ya had a hard time typing..lol
any other suggestions out there?
I'm NOT giving up just yet.!!!!!

I do believe you need to have an image open on the screen for this effect to to work...35 mm Frame....otherwise nothing happens.

I've also tried to drag it to the photo, I did notice that in the video there is an image that says orginal next to the 35mm.......hummmmmmmm
maybe i've deleted something I shouldnt of
oh ...back to the drawing board
