Hi everyone, my name is Sharon, and I am new to this site, well I am new to PSE to. I am currently taking a photography course and loving it. Now I thought I would take the plunge and try photoshop elements. WOW. Very intense, I imagine it will take me a while to get the hang of it, but this seems a very friendly site, I will definately be asking alot of questions, I hope some of you reply. I am looking forward to getting to know you all.
Sharon.

Sharon,
It's great to have another new forum participant! Yes, there's a bit of a learning curve with Elements, however there's no better place than here to get the help you'll need to be up and running and producing great images in little time. I wouldn't have had what it takes to do it without these nice people. WELCOME :D If you have questions, as you're experimenting with Elements, please feel free to ask here. It seems that there's always someone with the answer.

Welcome Sharon. Before you know it you'll be cruising right along like the rest of us. I'm still a newbie but thanks to this great group, the newsletter and the subscriber site as well as far too many book   I've come a long way.
Remember no question is a dumb question. We've all been stumped in the beginning. The stuff that really confused me seems so basic now, but I still remember how it felt to not have a clue and how wonderful everyone was with their help on this forum.
