I would love to take a class!

but I can't get into any classes. The first time I tried to sign up for a class it said there was something wrong with my credit card then the next time it said they we're having trouble try later.

Hay that kind of reminds me of an eight ball. Eight Ball can I take a class on the Elements site today?? The Eight ball says "NO! We’re having trouble try later."

I did try later this is my second or was it my third try I get the same answers each time either it won't take me credit card or we're having trouble try later.

That was the same message I got when I tried to log into the subscriber Area.

There are a few problems with the site at the moments so just hang on and try again in a couple of days :)

I tried to sign in again today but it won't excipt my cedit cards. Is there someone I can call so that they could appove my credit card?

Hi Susan ...

I supect that they may have been very busy just after the holiday so it may be worth trying again in a day or so. Being in the UK I haven't actually phoned them so I don't really know what is the best time to phone. Hopefully one of the others will be able to help on that :)
