View Full Version : Problems with video tutorials

I have been thrilled with the video tutorials but have found that some of them (especially the older ones) cause an error and shut down my internet explorer. Can anyone give suggestions of what the problem might be.

I haven't heard anyone comment on this happening ... have you any idea which Videos caused the problem ?

Logged on to my lessons, on which I am already seriously behind. Viewed 2 & most of 3 and the video suddenly stopped before it was finished. Now I can't get to any of the videos....my fault or some other problem?

Must be honest - I've been having problems with quite a number of videos in the subscriber area - same problem each time, the video starts but doesn't finish loading & so stops about halfway & jumps back to the beginning:(

Wendy,

Currently I'm having problems with 'Painting' from December 29th 2006. It's only loading halfway and then it jumps back to the beginning. Had the same problem with a different video a couple of weeks ago but now that's working....guess I'll just have to be patient!

Its just run all the way through for me ... I hadn't watched it before but its a really nice tutorial.

Do hope that ouu get to see it this time :)

Wendy,

Finally got to see it! It was worth watching to see how the filter gallery works. I hadn't realised before that it would save my previous choices & I could then apply them to a different picture.

I have been having problems with several videos tutorials including the new reflection one and painting with light. Sometimes the plug in doesn't initialize at all and sometimes it partially loads and stops 1/2 way through. Sounds like many others are having similar problems. Have upgraded quicktime and did a disc clean-up but nada. Thanks for your help
