I tried to get a sunset shot a few weeks ago down at the Monkey Bar beach on Long Boat Key, FL.

Was wondering how it looked and if it needs any more editing. I used levels and then used the magic wand to highlight the sands and put on a new layer to bring out the details a little more. I was looking for more of the sunset and less of the beach so it's been cropped a little too.

Being a lover of sunsets, I think it is absolutely gorgeous, no revisions needed.

Norma, It is great. I've been to Longboat many a time, but never ( at least not that I know of...) to Monkey beach. Where is it???

Actually, it's the beach behind the Monkey Bar which is in a beach club called "The Colony". Coming from St. Armand's Circle way before Bradenton Beach on the left side of the road. Nice outside eatery on the water and they also have a pricey indoor fancy restaurant. Though I have to say the food at the outside is pretty expensive too. Nothing fancy though.
