I recently installed a Wacom Graphire4 pen tablet and now alt-click doesn't seem to work (when using clone stamp tool, for instance.) I've checked online support and it said i may have some utility running that uses alt-click, but I don't think I do. Has anyone else run into this problem? Thanks!

I have Wacom Graphire 3 and have not run into this problem. From time to time, I have encountered a lag time between pen click and action. Do you observe the the problem that you described whether you use the Wacom pen or mouse that came with it?
My suggestion would be to check out settings, in my case (Windows XP)...Control Panel, Pen Tablet Folder, Pen. You will note that here there is an option for pen or mouse mode as well as other adjusts. I find it easier to check off the box that allows you to hear a click when you are using the pen.

Hi Jenni
Welcome to the forums.:)
My G3 seems to be ok as well.
I know some had to download the latest Wacom drivers when PE5 came out as it caused some problems.

I appreciate the suggestions and the welcome... Unfortunately, I still haven't been able to fix this problem. I had updated the driver before and got an error message when I started Elements: "Please update Tablet Software". Also, with the newer driver the clone stamp and healing brush don't work at all. So I went back to the original driver, where the mouse doesn't work but the pen does. I have emailed Wacom support twice and gotten no response (in three days) If anyone has any other suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it. And I will definitely post the solution, if I ever get one. Thanks again!

I don't have one but I know in previous threads the wacom pen and wacom mouse can not be near each other or strange things happen.

Hi and welcome. Steven (RedSky) had this same problem about a week ago but I don't know if he ever figured it out. I'll see if I can find the thread and see if he did.
Edit: I can't seem to find it. He asked the question in another thread that was unrelated to the problem. I can't remember which one it was and I must have deleted the subscription to the thread so it isn't in my list. Hopefully Steven will come along soon and have a silution for you.
