Weather not too great, but the bird was in excellent flying form. Shot the pic and hoped for the best. Enjoy. Harvey

Thank you each and everyone that posted. I am treally happy you liked it. He was clipping right along and so I grabbed the 300D and wrapped the strap around my elbow tightly in one quick motion, and just clicked. Although a slight blur, I felt I got the best shot I could(Thank goodness I had the Canon set to 'auto' :) ).
