That's beautiful Jan - do you plan to use it for a special page?

Thanks for the kind words.

Don't plan to use it - don't usually scrapbook - I just like making paper. But, I have made 3 scrapbook pages - just because...

Just because - I can. LOL

I really love working with Elements and making paper and doing scrapbook pages gives me an outlet to practice my skills. Besides, there is so much talent on this board, it makes me want to try doing what they're doing.

Actually I prefer making greeting cards, but there is just so many greeting cards one can make.

I did a greeting card course over at Eclectic Academy. Im not into cards that much but took it for some creative ideas. Lots of different types of card to make.:D

Hi Janice ...

Oh that is just so pretty .. it would make an excellent kit :)

I too prefer making papers and embellishements rather than actually doing scrapbook layouts ...

Thanks Wendy. I know the layout is pretty basic, and I wish I knew how to make ribbon instead of lines - but I like the paper and I like the embellishment. You can only imagine where I started and where I ended with this. Never can repeat what I've done, because it's all hit or miss. LOL

Hi Janice ...

If you take a look in the Subscriber Area>Scrapbooking I did a tutorial on making ribbon. Try that and maybe use a strip cut from the paper to do it ..

Here is a link to the Scrapbooking tutorials I have done and there is another one coming up in April ..
