Hey thanks guys! Kimi made me do it!:p It turned out pretty cool. The only difference from Kimi's homework tut was I added a new layer above all the others and used a grungy edge brush then applied gold to it. Kimi's tut called for overlay mode on the flower layer but I used difference and got a result I liked.

That's a stunning image, well done Nancy!
Forgive my ignorance but what is Creative Homework? Is this something from the subscriber area or have I missed something?
I'm just stunned by all the beautiful work going on here :-)

Hi Jojo....
Here is the thread. :D
http://www.photoshopelementsuser.com/forum/showthread.php?t=21632
I have been posting some kind of tut or video every week for everyone on the forum. It is open to all. After the layers course we asked for more creative things to learn. Filters, Blend Modes, Brushes, Ect.
I have been trying to find things that fall along those lines.
This weeks tut is really cool. Hope to see your images.

Hi Kimi, thanks for the link. I've had a quick look around and the pics are great.
I hope to see my images too:)
I installed Elements 4 last night but haven't worked up the courage to do anything yet.
Hopefully will get time over the weekend to start playing with the progamme and start figuring out how to do some stuff.
With a little luck I'll post a homework piece some-time soon:)
