I would like to introduce to you a very good friend of my wife's. Her name is Icil and she lives alone in her apartment in an assisted living complex. She is very active although her sight is going. Up until about six years ago, her and her sister, who is now deceased, went camping in a pickup camper several times a year. She is just one adorable human being without a bad thing to say about anything.

What a wonderful photo! One of the greatest joys of visiting my grandfather at an assisted facility was being able to visit with the folks there. I would have lunch with him at least once a month and the stories the people told and listening to them talk was such a joy. I really miss him. He passed away two years ago. Enjoy her while you have her - that's America's history sitting there!

We should all be so fortunate to live that long and be in that great of health. Thanks for sharing and I love the layout. She's adorable.

Thanks for sharing this wonderful picture of a grand lady. You made me think of my Mother who passed away 3 years ago in Jan., she was 96 years old a mother of 8 and had 67 grandchildren and great grandchildren and more have arrived since her passing. She worked until she was 76 years old as a nurse at a hospital.
