I switched to Firefox from IE 7 and now I can't get the video screen to shrink enough to see the whole control area.
Ctrl - worked fine with IE7 and I can see the top part of the controls with Firefox. I was just wondering if there were other Firefox users out there who perhaps know a way to make the video screen smaller.
Thanks

I have used Firefox since it was released.Never had a problem. There is an add-on that you can download that has many zooming options that may help you.You can get it here.

Hi Bob
I have no trouble zooming in or out of a standard web page. It's the online training videos that I have the trouble with. Have you taken any of the courses and if so, were you able to zoom in and out of these streaming videos with Firefox?
Also....I went to the site you referred to and it says to "Open the extensions dialog from the "Tools" Menu. The Tools menu on my Firefox doesn't even have that extensions dialog nor the "Image Zoom Preferences" dialog box and I have the latest Mozilla Firefox browser.
So if you took the courses and were able to zoom in on the streaming videos as well as normal web pages please let me know what version of Firefox you used because you've got me wondering.
Cheers
