:( I clicked on the Day 1 of Layers Course and it came up with a screen saying 'Streaming' but NOTHING happened in 15 minutes (broadband). I can pause it, but as it isn't doing anything I don't know what I'm pausing.
Time is at a premium and I sincerely wish I had not wasted my money on something which is going to be too much hassle to do.

You can always call customer service and request a refund if you can't get it to work. Or email them about the problem.

Hi Ann,
Do you have a firewall running? My internet provider (Windstream) had one running that I didn't know about before lots of frustration.
Hope that helps!

What is the UK number and email for customer support? Do they keep you hanging around clocking up premium charges?
How can I be sure I have the latest Flash player? When downlaoding it was on about a Netscape compatible browser - I use IE. Any good sites to download from?

Still not working, so i've done days 1 and 2 at work, but this isn't ideal. I've emailed customer support, but they don't appear to have UK phone support.

You may want to check in your settings in your control panel to be sure the flash player is set as your default player for videos and audio. If it is not, it can cause you problems viewing the videos.

The latest version of the Adobe Flash Player is 9. Follow the link that Wendy gave you to download and install it. Only takes a minute. Once installed, you can check your flash player settings here (http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager.html#117118).
Follow the link to get to the Settings Manager and then verify your settings. It is possible that on your home PC it may be set to always deny and that may be stopping it from playing. Or, it is possible your browser settings may not be allowing the player to get the video stream. Can you view videos on other sites?

Which Icon in Control Panel are you referring to? Thanks, Ed Weidman
