Layer Style Window?

Hey, I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.0 and I can't locate the layer style window. Where's the layer style window? Is photoshop elements 3.0 missing the layer style window or its just me who can't locate it?

In version 3 you should see a little "f" icon in the layers palette. If you click on that you can adjust the layer styles, but not as much as you can in version 5.

I don't know I mean I can't find the little 'f' icon. Here's how my photoshop look

Hi sugarblush,
here is a sceenshot of layerstyles.
Top circle where you choose what to apply.
Bottom oval where you double click on the little "f" to adjust and finetune.
I have PSE 3.

Slice isn't available in Elements ... you need photoshop to do that.
