Stacey,

Welcome to the forum. Don't worry about how you feel, we have all been there done that :D Have you subscribed or just joined the forum? If you have subscribed, have a look in the subscriber area and start with what sounds as though it will be simple. Also have a look at the "Learning Center" and see what you can find there. Believe me in a few months you will be surprised at just how much you have learnt - I know I was.

Karen :)

Hi stacyboo0629,
are you talking about the DVD you get for subscribing to the forum?
Here is a thread where someone had the same problem.
http://www.photoshopelementsuser.com/forum/showthread.php?t=19991
Basicly:
Put the disk in your DVD drive.
Then open Windows Explorer - find your DVD drive - double click on the drive.
This will get you 5 files.
One is a ReadMe file - which gives directions.
(Good place to put this file - ain't it???)
If you click on PSE_Portraits you get another folder which has a Start.exe
Double click that.... and here you go.
Hope this helps and I did not misunderstand.

Hi Stacey

Welcome to the forums.:)

I know this can seem a bit overwhelming, there is a lot to this program.

Take small steps and ask as many questions as you need to. Everybody here has been in your shoes at one time.

Im not sure of the free training you are referring to. I know there was something that Adobe was doing, This is not an Adobe site, but I am sure with a bit more information we can help sort it out.:)

Hi Stacey ...

... and welcome to the forum :)

I just wonder if you mean the free training Vidoes that Adobe send you when you install and register Elements. If so then you should receive an email from Adobe giving you the link ...

Yes, I'm talking about the free classes, That are offered when you buy and register your product... I think I've found them....Just need to sit and listen for a bit I guess...I went threw my Getting Started booklet that came with my cd/program yesterday with a highlighter....lol I'm going to start there....

I just need to learn patience and take it step by steps....I do hope to get this....and I believe I will....
Thank you all so much for your help and input....I am going to love this forum....I see there are MANY caring souls that will help at anytime....thank y'all again so much....:)
