Need help with Webshots

I have a friend who is trying to get some scrapbook backgrounds and some embellishments emailed to me. Because of the size of each thing, she cannot email them.

I am a subscriber to Webshots and we were thinking that maybe she could upload them to my album if I gave her the password etc. I did one as a trial and I got it but now I cant download it with a familiar file name extension.
Does anyone have any ideas - either how to do this with webshots or some other way?

She doesn't have good luck with burning cd's - that was my first idea.

Andy, for future reference, www.yousendit.com (http://www.yousendit.com) is a good site for large files and zip files and it is free.
