I have some spots on my monitor that are distracting when I'm editing an image. What is a safe way to remove them?
Thanks, Sharon

Sharon,
office supply stores will carry aerosol cans of spray stuff; a soft cloth dampened with water probably works about as well.

I have a microfiber cloth that I use for that only - I keep in a ziploc so no scratchy dust gts on it. That and water should be all you need- no alcohol based cleaners.
My laptop gets PLENTY grungy.

I just use a wet lint free cloth then dry with a dry one.
Pity it can't be done the other way round then you would only need one cloth:D

Thanks guys,
I had a microfiber cloth that I use only on my scanner, so I used that and dampened a small section of it with water. It worked great, looks beautiful! :)
Thanks again, Sharon

I was going to recommend a fragrance-free detergent and the "delicates" cycle...

Hello everybody, I am a student and I'm using an HP Pavilion a610e CTO (D7223J) that I bought 3 years ago. I just bought a Samsung SyncMaster 226W monitor. The picture is streched and I would like it to work with the native resolution. How do I get this done? How do I get my new LCD Monitor to display the full 1680x1050 resolution? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

& followed about 15 minutes in the dryer just to fluff it up a bit.

If you right-click on a blank area of your desktop, then pick Properties, then pick Settings, you should be able to choose a Screen Resolution which matches your panel's native pixel dimensions.
