For the past four days - whenever I get an email notification of a post to a forum message in which I am interested it comes from kridgeway@photos - even though the post is not from that person. Is this happening to anyone else? Jean

Yes, me too.
I beleive Ridgeway is the overall company name for the Newsletter/forum.
But I'm having problems getting on this morning.

Same here, didn't they use to say from webmaster? Some of my notifications went to my spam folder.

I never received any that way. When I do receive the subscribed messages and even one today + a pm...it said "elements user forum" , and then the subject~thread, was next.

Mine come that way to but when I open the e-mail new to the where it says Elements User Forum, in parenthesis it has an e-mail address. it use to say webmaster@photoshopuser.com now it says kridgeway@photoshopuser.com. Some went to spam and some didn't.

Ummm ...

Looks like someone is using an old email address Kevin Ridgeway was the person who helped me sort out my tutorials when they moved from the forum to the Subscriber area. I thought he left about a year ago :eek:

I'll see what I can find out what is happening ... :)

That explains why I wasn't getting any notifications this morning - they were all going directly to my spam folder - thank goodness I checked before deleting everything.

Hello - Our web team was tweaking certain email addresses last week and the forum "from" address was reset due to a misunderstanding. Starting immediately, all your forum notification emails will be sent from forum@photoshopelementsuser.com; so please make sure that you do whatever you need to do so that they don't end up in your junk mail box.
