my pictures and organizer

I use my organizer in pe4...BUT the photos also end up in my pictures.

If I delete a photo in my organizer then is it deleted in my pictures also?

But most importantly, am I saving these photos twice on my computer then (ie taking up twice as much space?) or does pe just draw on them from my pictures. Sorry, this may seem basic for some.

Hi- The organizer is actually only a database that keeps tracks of tags, collections, slide shows, and the like. It is not where your photos are stored. When you delete the photo from the organizer, it gives you an option to delete only from organizer or also delete from the hard drive. If you choose the latter, that means you're deleting from your computer and will no longer have the picture. If you delete only from the organizer, it just means that the picture isn't cataloged in your organizer anymore.

Organizer is a database that sorts etc but only makes a thumbnail to use in the visual part of the database. You are opening the linked full file when you click on a photo in Organizer and open for editing purposes.
