Is it legal to sell a used copy of Photoshop Elements?

I've looked all over but couldn't find and answer for it.
Any help would be appreciated.

I think it would be legit if you coordinated registering the new user at Adobe. Not sure how that is done but I remember it being talked about before.

Section 4 of the Adobe Software License Agreement addresses this matter. (In v1 and v2, this is called the Adobe End User License Agreement)

Find it in the "Legal" folder in your installation.
