When I copy & paste either a person or object into another photo, it would be nice to be able to cast a shadow if it was a sunny day without a lot of work. There are cheaper photo editing software programs out there that do this. Overall though, they're not as good as Adobe.

hi Brian ...

... not sure which way you are doing it but if you need any help just let us know. There is a reasonable easy way to do it :)

Wendy:

I have adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0 and also have Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0 book by Andrews (Focal Press).

I cannot find any book that tells how to cast a shadow on and object (layer) And putting that layer onto another layer.

Could show me how to do this or where to find instructions to do this.

I would appreaceate this so. much
