Hi,
What a great informative site!
I've just edited dozens of 35mm slides in Photoshop, scanned in with a Nikon 5000 Coolscan @ 2000 resolution. I'm stumped as to the best resolution to burn them onto a DVD for prints & a slideshow. Can anyone help...?
Do I leave them at 2000 res? If so, will that slow down a slideshow? And if I leave them at 2000 res, the document size of the scanned images are small, 1.198 x 0.904, how do I get a larger print from them?
I did ask a guy in Staples and he said I could leave the scan as is, 2000 res and the small documnet size, it won't slow a slideshow and if I need larger prints they can make them without anyone reformatting the document size. He seemed like he knew what he was talking about but I really want to be sure. The disc is a gift and I really need it formatted correctly.
Help would be greatly appreciated!
