Flash Player 9

Hello

When I registered for Photoshop Elements 5 I was given some free tutorials that I could watch using Flash Player 9 but when I go to watch the tutorials they will play part way through and then they will just stop and not go any further. I have tried several times to reinstall Flash Player 9 but each time it tells me that it was successfully installed. Can anyone help me with this?

Margaret: I have Flash 9 and that happens to me to sometimes - usually just pausing, backing up and starting again fixes it. It also sometimes help to right click and set the quality down to low - it doesn't effect the quality much but does seem to improve the streaming.
