I can't find "Options" when he says to use Options and Delete to get the chocolate to make it brown. I'm using PSE4. Help!

Mac is Option ... for Windows use Alt :)

Okay, the Alt Delete worked but now when I changed it to Hard Light and then dragged it beneath the original layer, nothing happens, my picture doesn't turn brown--now what am I doing wrong?

Dummy me--I figured it out, I had the wrong layer selected. Now when I go to Edit Paste into selection, it doesn't do it, just brings up a box with nothing in it. If I do Edit Paste again, it brings up the picture I want to insert, but it isn't within the circle I had selected.

I'm going from memory here, but you need to select the circle, and then create a new blank layer with the slection still active. Then click Paste Into Selection. That should do it for ya.
