Emailing photos in PSE 5.0

I use Firefox Thunderbird for my email. If I want to use the "share via email" feature in PSE 5.0, do I have to use one of the four ways specified (1-Outlook, 2-Outlook Express, 3-Adobe email--which is the default email handler in PSE 5.0, or 4-saving to hard drive and attaching photo file myself) or is there any way to override these 4 choices and have PSE 5.0 use Thunderbird when emailing my photos/photo creations?

And, if I cannot override and therefore choose to use the Adobe email handler within PSE 5.0, is there a way to go back and view my "sent" emails at a later time?
