Is it possible to automatically crop a batch of images in exactly the same place to the same size?

(woot PSE working!)

This one I have never tried, but IrfanView (http://www.irfanview.com) seems to be able to do it.

Irfanview, and also XnView (http://www.xnview.com/) (which I personally prefer)

I haven't found a way to batch crop images in Elements without an action, though.
