The other zipped files...

Well it is midnight here. I am pleased to say that I have finally put into the correct folder Grants tools. We do not want to say how long it took me:eek: ....So since I did this zipped file of info into a folder my question is this...
Is this where all the other zipped files go or are the specific ones like for the brushes, and for shapes, and for other zipped files.:confused: )? This has been a productive night. I made a picture of a lot of flowers and they actually look like they belong together....

No all zip files do not go in the same place, it depends of what the file contains as to where it goes.

Hi ...

When files are unzipped, first you need to look inside the folder and see what is in there :)

Then one way of working out where things go in PSE2, 3 and 4 is:

Go to your Adobe software folder and look in the folder marked presets.
Inside there you will find a whole series of folders and these are the ones that most (but not all) freebies go into.

Files ending in .abr go in the Brushes folder
.aco in the Colour Swatches folder
.csh in Custom Shapes
.grd in Gradients
.pat in Patterns
.asl in Styles

Anything that isn't mentioned in the above list then just ask about that one individually.

PSE5 is slightly different ... (the Layer Styles go in a different place) :)
