I don't understand how elements determines image sizes.
I have a collage' that I made of my grandkids. The collage' is saved as an 8x10 page with the resolution set at 300.
I then create a new file which is also 8x10 with a 300 resolution. When I drag the collage' onto the new file, the collage' is smaller. There is a 4" difference in length (2" each top and bottom) and 3" difference in width (1 1/2" each side).
I don't understand why the 8x10 collage' doesn't fill the new onel completely. That doesn't make sense to me.
Please realize that I got D's in math in high school, and 40 years later I'm not much better (althouth I do manage to balance my checkbook via a spreadsheet LOL). The point being, if you respond to this, I am in desparate need of Math for dummies so please make your answer super super super simple.
TIA
Barbara
