I just became a member of the subscriber area this evening. I'm so glad I did, because it is much info is on this site. Question? I thought I would get an e-mail with some kind of receipt of payment?

I use Photoshop elements 5.

There was a query about this earlier today and someone telephoned customer service about it ... it seems like the email take a day to arrive :)

I renewed my subscription on Saturday and didn't get an e-mail until Monday, I suspect it will be the same thing with subscribing on a Friday evening.
