I just installed Photoshop Elements 5.0. I uninstalled Elements 4.0 first. Can I now give my Elements 4.0 to a friend and can they register the software from their computer?

Kimberly, welcome to the forum. You can give your friend your copy, but I don't know if she will be able to register or not if you have already registered w/serial # on installation disk. Good luck.

I went out to Adobe's website and found a Transfer of License PDF file that I can print, fill out and give to my friend to fill out. Then this needs to be faxed or mailed back to them and they will transfer the license. (That works for me.)
