trying to access my own gallery--error message

I can't get into my gallery--goes to a blank white page & this error message:
Fatal error: session_start(): Failed to initialize storage module: user (path: /tmp) in /usr/local/apache/vhosts/photoshopelementsuser.com/htdocs/gallery/includes/config.php on line 10

Haven't tried the gallery but I got the same message when I tried to access the online training center. Wonder what's up.

was trying again just now. Got to page where you can upload then it tells me to create a name, password, etc...
I'll try again tomorrow.

Well I just emailed the webmaster person. Maybe I'll get some help too.

Seems to working OK now ..

I have had the occasionally error message whilst using the Gallery ... last time it was when I was uploading an image. I got a message about a possible hack ??

Tried it again and it uploaded just fine ..

It worked fine this morning.
I now want to delete a pic from the gallery but the only pics w/options are the ones I just posted. How do I delete? I have a duplicate on there.

I just had it not work (for 2 galleries) and then work for another.

Maybe they are just doing some maintenance.

just tried to access my own gallery-it just goes to a blank page.
I can look at other galleries. Actually I can view my own gallery--I just can't access it to do anything to it. :(

I had some problems yesterday but by now everythign is working just fine ... I think that they may have been doing some work on the site :)

I wan't just the Gallery the whole site had problems. I was getting an error message whilst trying to access the forums and the Online training wasn't available either. There was a messages saying that the training wasn't availlable ... its all back to normal now :)

The only thing still timing out for me is the Online Training. The rest of the site seems fine.
I'm waiting to do part 2 of the levels training...the suspense is killing me! :roll:

Update !!
I clicked on the "Already an existing student?" link on the Subscriber area page, and I got in . If you click on the "Online Training " button, it times out.

... sounds like you are really enjoying the online classes :)

I did the Photography Workflow one a while back and it was brillaint so now I am doing the Portrait retouching one ... and that is really good as well :)

I am enjoying the online classes. I thought that they may just show me stuff I knew already, but so far I've learned something new from each video. They're very nicely done! I will be taking the Portrait Classes when I'm finished with these.
